The user’s personal data is used by Lazzerini S.r.l., as the controller, in accordance with the data protection principles established by the GDPR 2016/679 and by current national regulations.

1. The data will be processed using the following means:

The company processes the optional data of users on the basis of consent, i.e. through express approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

3. Without prejudice to communications made in fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations, all the data collected and processed may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes specified above, to the following categories of recipients:

  • Consultants and freelance professionals, also in partnerships;
  • Authorised people;
  • Internal managers;
  • Companies and firms;

Furthermore, in management of your data, it may be learned by the categories of internal and external authorised people and/or managers identified in writing, who have been provided with specific written instructions on data processing.


4. According to Art. 14 of the GDPR, since the personal data has not been obtained from the data subject, the categories of personal data processed are:

5. According to European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and current national regulations, the data subject may exercise, in the methods and within the limits laid down by the current regulations, the following rights:

What are cookies?
